Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays in the UK and your country. Please allow extra time if you live in a remote location. Priority / Express services are not available to all overseas locations.

International Orders

All items ordered and paid for will ship within 1 working day unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to arrive. We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be cancelled automatically by our system. 

 

International orders may be required to pay for duties upon delivery. Blushed by Five does not assume responsibility for these payments. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and Blushed by Five does not reimburse these costs.

For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.

 

RETURNS

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns due to the hand-crafted nature of our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a Blushed by Five product, please contact us with your feedback and we will be here to listen. 

 

We at Blushed by Five work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed, including address changes.

 

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@blushedbyfive.com so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue.

 

We will happily replace any damaged items, however, a photo as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. With photo proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.

 

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in colour, shade, shape for example). This does not affect the product’s effectiveness.
